What you’ll do
- Tired of job listings asking for “3+ years of experience” for an entry-level job? That’s why we’re running our HR Academy, where you’ll learn everything you need to start a career in Talent Acquisition - without needing a long resume.
- You like meeting people. You’re naturally curious. Maybe you’re the friend who always ends up organizing the group trip. Well, turns out, these are the same skills that make a great Talent Acquisition Specialist. And we’ll show you how to use them.
- The TA Academy kicks off on April 22nd and runs for 6 weeks, with 4-hour daily schedule. It’s your chance to dive into the world of IT recruitment, learn hands-on, and build real experience. At the end of the program, we’ll be selecting 4 standout trainees for full-time roles.
- Over 6 weeks, you'll get hands-on experience and insider knowledge on what it takes to be a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Here’s a sneak peek at the curriculum:
- Week 1 – Welcome to the World of Recruitment
- Week 2 – Mastering the Recruitment Flow
- Week 3 – Cracking IT Roles & Keywords
- Week 4 – The Deep Dive (Workshops & Practice)
- Week 5 – Real-World Recruitment Challenge
- Week 6 – Final Stretch: Let’s See What You’ve Got!
What you need to be successful
- Tech-savvy enough to figure out new tools (or at least Google how).
- Fluent in English, extra points if you know more.
- A good dose of common sense and curiosity.
- Decent typing skills (we send a lot of messages).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Communication, or Foreign Languages (Master’s in Human Resources is a plus).
- Internship experience in HR is a bonus, extra points if it was in recruitment!
- A sense of humor helps, IT recruitment is full of surprises.
