This is a net-new role reporting directly to the Americas President. You will be the ground-level commercial engine of our Detroit office – identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities across Automotive OEM/Tier 1, Industrial/IoT/Embedded, and Enterprise verticals (Fintech, Retail, Technology). Your job is to build a qualified pipeline of $1M-$3M, surface the right opportunities, and bring in leadership at the right moment. As you grow, so does your role. You will be mentored directly by the Americas President, who will invest in your development across the full sales cycle. For the right person, this role will be a lot of fun. You will build relationships with decision makers and be mentored by the top Americas representative for the firm. You must be willing to grind – relationship building starts with incessant prospecting. As a Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of our machine learning initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding the team's technical strategy and ensuring the successful execution and deployment of machine learning models. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a collaborative spirit to drive innovation and solve complex challenges.

For this position, it is extremely important that we find someone with proven Tech Lead experience and strong solution architecture skills. This is not a hands-on implementation assignment. The assignment will run until a permanent candidate is identified and onboarded. The timeline is therefore variable and dependent on the outcome of the recruitment process, but we are actively working to fill the permanent role. An extension is possible if needed.
