What you need to be successful
- Python Proficiency
- Solid Python programming skills. Rust and Go experience is a plus.
- Experience with data manipulation using Pandas or Pola.rs and basic data processing.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Development Tools
- Comfortable with Jupyter or MARIMO notebooks for prototyping
- Basic Git knowledge for version control
- Experience with API integrations (Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc)
- LLM Experience
- LangChain or LlamaIndex for LLM applications
- OpenAI API or similar LLM services
- Basic prompt engineering concepts
- Data Skills
- Text data processing and cleaning
- Basic understanding of embeddings
- Experience with JSON and API responses
- Nice to Have: Experience with vector database; Knowledge of RAG architectures; Cloud platform familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure)
