What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for blockchain projects.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications.
- Solidity and Hyperledger Fabric: Leverage your background in smart contracts to understand technical intricacies and limitations.
- Blockchain Fundamentals: Understand distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose blockchain-based solutions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out optimized processes.
- Identify and assess risks associated with blockchain implementations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate risks related to data privacy, security, and scalability.
- Work closely with solution architects to design blockchain systems.
- Understand architectural concepts such as consensus algorithms, data privacy, and tokenization.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate methodologies and frameworks.
What you need to be successful
- Requirements Management: Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Process Modeling: Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Data Privacy and Security: Understand GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations.
- Agile and Scrum: Collaborate effectively within agile development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user feedback sessions.
- Blockchain Platforms: Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Binance Smart Chain.
- Smart Contract Languages: Solidity, Vyper.
- Consensus Mechanisms: Proof of Work (PoW), Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance (PBFT), Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS).
