What you’ll do
- You will be responsible for receiving, evaluating and coordinating issues as per agreed scope and a second level support Expert
- You will be the primary contact between the Automotive software teams and the Radar business unit engineers within a robust Technology team Radar engineers will report issues found during integration of software releases from the Automotive software teams
- You will receive the issues, discuss and evaluate them in the Technology team and manage communications between the Radar engineers and the Automotive software teams
- You will ensure the information flow to the Automotive software team, will monitor issue investigation progress, will report status, and will propose corrective actions or solutions
- You will provide visibility at different management levels into issue related aspects
- You will grow your expertise in the various software products
What you need to be successful
- Autonomously drive yourself in the process of solving the customer’s requests by: planning, designing and implementing new software solutions, considering customers’ requirements performance improvement and optimization of their products
- Identification and mitigation of risks and issues
- Understanding of processor architecture concepts
- You have used tracking tools like Jira
- Project management of embedded software products, especially in the automotive field
- Applying standard project management methodologies and blending them with Agile-based methodologies
- Project status tracking and communication
- Achieving results in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
