What you’ll do
- We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the execution of a strategic, international Data & Analytics transformation program focused on harmonizing reporting and data solutions across multiple countries.
- This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and executive leadership, driving large-scale adoption of global reporting capabilities while ensuring alignment between local market needs and corporate strategy.
- The ideal candidate brings strong delivery leadership experience in complex, multi-country environments, combined with a solid understanding of Data & Analytics
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Data & Analytics initiatives, ensuring successful execution against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology stakeholders, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
- Oversee delivery governance, reporting, and executive communications, including steering committees and leadership updates.
- Manage resource planning, team capacity, and delivery performance to ensure predictable and sustainable execution.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
What you need to be successful
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT delivery programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong background in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management.
- Good understanding of Data & Analytics platforms, software delivery lifecycles, and modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive outcomes, and maintain focus on business value.
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT services or consulting environment.
- Experience managing distributed teams, multiple vendors, or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and IT service management.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
