What you’ll do

• Maintaining the contract database and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management activities on dedicated platforms.
• Uploading, updating, and tracking contracts and related documentation throughout their lifecycle.
• Drafting, preparing, and reviewing standard agreements using legal-approved templates.
• Completing standard legal information in contract drafts received from customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Verifying supporting documentation required throughout contractual processes.
• Initiating and monitoring internal approval and signature workflows.
• Managing the electronic signature process (DocuSign or similar platforms).
• Archiving contracts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal records.
• Monitoring renewal deadlines for the insurance policies.
• Maintaining and updating the contract templates repository and standard legal documentation.
• Maintaining corporate records and relevant internal registers.
• Supporting due diligence processes and collecting legal documentation requested by clients, auditors, or authorities.
• Providing administrative and documentary support in procurement procedures, tenders, and RFPs.
• Escalating complex legal matters or contractual provisions beyond the scope of the role to the Senior Legal Advisor.

What you need to be successful

• Law degree from an accredited university, preferably a reputable public law school.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in commercial law, corporate law, and employment law.
• Minimum 3 months of relevant legal experience; internships and traineeships are considered professional experience.
• Previous experience within a law firm, technology company, or in-house legal department is considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of: Commercial Law; Corporate Law; Employment Law; Intellectual Property Law.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• International English language certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Practical mindset with a strong focus on identifying business-oriented solutions rather than merely highlighting legal risks.
• Proactive attitude, accountability, and a continuous desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Interest in technology and the legal implications of digital transformation.

Nice to have

• Interest in the IT industry, software services, research and development, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, document management systems, and electronic signature solutions.
• Basic knowledge of GDPR, information security, and corporate compliance.
• Basic understanding of IT contracts and software service delivery models.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools for legal research, contract review, and process optimization.
• Participation in legal competitions, academic projects, publications, or extracurricular activities with a legal focus.
