What you’ll do

• We are looking for an experienced Security Operations professional to help build and mature our SecOps capabilities, lead complex incident response and DFIR activities, and strengthen our overall security posture. This hands-on role combines technical leadership, security automation, vulnerability management, cloud and SaaS security, and SOC operations, while supporting ISO 27001 compliance and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate brings strong Incident Response experience, solid software development and scripting skills, and practical knowledge of modern security technologies, including LLM-based solutions.
• Establish effective processes to maintain, monitor and develop systems requiring continuous vulnerability tracking for upstream library forks (e.g., Temporal.io, Keycloak, Odoo, etc)
• Build and operate an SOC in collaboration with ITOps and DevOps.
• Support the creation, refinement and maintenance of internal processes for ISO 27001 compliance.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical security alerts; lead DFIR investigations, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Lead SecOps projects from initiation to sustained operational success.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to SecOps team members.
• Identify opportunities to leverage security telemetry and tools for improved triage and automated response.
• Coordinate investigation, containment and response with stakeholders and teams.
• Conduct hands-on forensic, log, cloud and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare detailed incident reports with findings, gaps and actionable recommendations for management.

What you need to be successful

• 6+ years of experience in Incident Response or a Cyber Security Operations Center, including handling, escalating and managing security incidents and producing incident reports.
• Experience developing standardized runbooks for the most common and critical incident types.
• Hands-on coding and scripting experience (Python, Bash or similar) with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain automation processes.
• Strong software development fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering and maintaining production-grade code.
• Extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of security incidents in a global, 24/7 production environment.
• Proven expertise in attack techniques and mitigation strategies across Cloud and SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of system and security controls on at least two operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix; macOS is an advantage), including host-based forensics and analysis of OS artifacts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and a continuous growth orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective incident response and remediation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of large language model (LLM) concepts and architectures, with hands-on experience applying them in practical scenarios.
