What you’ll do

• As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions across both backend and frontend components. You'll work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Project Managers to transform ideas into production-ready applications.
• Every project may bring a different business domain, architecture or technology stack, so curiosity and adaptability are essential.
• Design, develop and maintain modern software applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Build scalable, secure and maintainable solutions following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical estimations and solution discovery activities.
• Write clean, testable and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance.
• Work with cloud-native architectures, APIs and modern software development practices whenever required.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies based on project needs.

What you need to be successful

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
• Experience developing both backend services and modern frontend applications.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized applications is considered a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality.
• Good communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications or GenAI integrations.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud services.
• Knowledge of automated testing practices.
• Experience contributing to technical design and architectural decisions.
• Open-source contributions or personal technical projects.
