What you’ll do

• As a Project Manager, you will plan, coordinate and deliver strategic initiatives that span HR Business Partners, Vendor Management, HR Administration, Client Engagement, Finance, IT Support and external vendors. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered successfully while helping teams stay aligned, identify and remove blockers and continuously improve delivery practices. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive and solution-oriented professional with strong project management and Agile delivery experience. They will be comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments and capable of balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines.
• Own project and program plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate project activities across HR Business Partners, Vendor Management, HR Administration, Client Engagement, Finance, IT Support and external vendors.
• Partner with department stakeholders to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate process alignment across multiple business functions to ensure consistent and efficient workflows.
• Manage & monitor roadmap planning & progress, milestones, resource coordination and delivery governance.
• Identify & remove blockers, facilitate issue resolution and escalate risks where appropriate to maintain delivery momentum.
• Oversee the implementation of agreed solutions and monitor outcomes to ensure expected business benefits are achieved.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and transparent reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives while promoting Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

What you need to be successful

• 5+ years of experience managing software or business systems delivery projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a project delivery role.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects and program plans from initiation through delivery.
• Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving multiple departments and third-party vendors.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling and coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, dependency management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and proactive approach.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Good understanding of data flows, business systems and system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience working with Colorful HR, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), or similar HR and Finance systems.
• Experience with project discovery and business analysis activities.
• Knowledge of process automation, workflow optimization and data integration

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (preferred) or other project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, billing systems, and time-tracking tools.
• Experience within HR, Finance, staffing, outsourcing or professional services environments.
• Understanding of software architecture and modern engineering practices (microservices, cloud-native, APIs).
• Familiarity with AI applications and automation
