What you’ll do
- Lead Generation
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on our ICP (industry, seniority, headcount, trigger events)
- Support outbound outreach on LinkedIn and email: draft first-pass messaging, personalize based on account research, and help manage follow-up sequences
- Warm up prospects before outreach (profile views, comments on relevant posts) and track engagement before/after sends
- Monitor reply and connection-acceptance rates, flag what's working, and help iterate on messaging with the team
- Keep CRM/tracking sheets updated with outreach status, replies, and next steps for sales handoff
- Marketing & Content Support
- Align daily with the graphic designer, content lead, and social media manager
- Support the creation of content for LinkedIn, company pages, founder visibility, and general brand communication
- Prepare supporting material for launches, product updates, partnerships and case studies
- Learn to translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible communication
- ABM & Research Support
- Conduct account research for target client lists
- Map stakeholders, identify trigger events, and prepare account intelligence for the sales team
- Analyze basic market trends and competitor activity
- Measurement & Reporting
- Track simple marketing KPIs: reach, engagement, share of voice
- Prepare regular weekly performance reports
- Document processes and maintain shared team resources
What you need to be successful
- 0–2 years experience (internships count, recent graduates welcome)
- Good written and spoken English
- Can use Microsoft Office properly, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and standard social platforms
- Basic eye for good graphic design, you can tell when something looks good or bad
- You show up, you are reliable, you do what you said you would
- Asks questions when you don't understand something
- You don't wait to be told what to do
Nice to have
- Any previous experience helping with events, student organizations or university projects
- Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or any outreach/sequencing tool
- Interest in technology or startups
