What you’ll do

• This is an opportunity to work on a modern cloud-native platform built with Java, Spring Boot and React, where engineering excellence, automation and collaboration are at the core of everything we build. You'll have the chance to influence technical decisions, work with containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to scalable microservices running in Kubernetes, all while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering valuable products, not just writing code.
• 2e2 Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the server-side logic (Spring) and the client-side interface (React).
• Architectural Alignment: Ensure that backend APIs are perfectly optimized for frontend consumption, reducing latency and unnecessary data transfer.
• Containerized Deployment: Build and package applications using Docker and manage their orchestration within Kubernetes clusters.
• Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive tests to ensure stability across the full stack.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation in Confluence.
• Track defects through resolution

What you need to be successful

• Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional software development.
• Backend: Java & Spring Framework(Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security)
• Frontend: React.js (Hooks, Context API) Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), Terraform
• CI/CD: Practical application of automated pipelines (SonarQube, Fortify, Jenkins or similar, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
• Architecture: Strong understanding of Microservices and Cloud-native design patterns
• Agile Integration: Skilled at navigating Jira for task tracking and Confluence for technical specs. Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies. You should be comfortable with Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning and grooming, providing accurate estimations for UI tasks. You focus on both "backend" and "frontend," making you an essential mediator in technical discussions.
