What you’ll do
- You will be a part of a cross-functional project team that creates, maintains, extends and executes the manual test plans
- You will become proficient in testing hardware products found in their early stages of development until it becomes a final consumer product
- You will learn the tools, the ways, the needs of the testing effort and you will see the product growing and developing right under your eyes
- Manual testing of the devices (cameras)
- Run the manual tests cases, evaluate and report the results to match the QA needs
- Create and Maintain the Test Plan according to the documentation in place
- Troubleshoot, debug, and identify the relevant information in reporting the software and hardware defects
- Communicate technical information, verbally and in writing, in a manner digestible to all stakeholders (development, design, management)
- Exceptional attention to detail
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar
- 2+ years of experience in software and/or hardware quality assurance
- Familiar with QA concepts (functional test, regression, smoke tests, system tests, etc.)
- Knowledge or working experience with the following tools: TestRail, JIRA or Atlassian suite (wiki)
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Very good English written / spoken level
- Passion for cutting-edge software and hardware validation
- Do all the above (and more) with a positive attitude, friendly disposition and a “can do” mentality in a fun and exciting environment working with a world-caliber software QA team
