What you’ll do
- Strategic expansion of the Customer Powerhouse platform's technical and data analysis capabilities, which are the enablers for automating campaign delivery at this scale and optimizing its performance through data-driven insights. Phase 1 successfully established the technical and procedural foundation for digital customer engagement in food retail with a MVP. To meet the growing demands of partners, significantly increase reach, and eliminate manual processes as a bottleneck, scaling the platform is now essential. This project realizes the transition from a foundational MVP to an intelligent, scalable marketing automation platform to sustainably increase the effectiveness of offer communication.
- Increase digital reach and visibility of Depot offers through the connection of strategic channels and new touchpoints.
- Enable the platform to deliver at this scale by expanding it into an intelligent and standardized campaign engine.
- Increase business value per depot by data-driven campaign management and performance measurement.
What you need to be successful
- Architecture Skills: Microservices; Single Page Application
- Tech Stack: TypeScript, Angular, Kotlin, Spring Boot, GCP, Git, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Terraform, Kubernetes
- Methodologies: using AI for software engineering, Code Reviews, Pair Programming, TDD, Clean Code, CI/CD
