What you’ll do
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels for technical roles across multiple industries, including Digital products & platforms, R&D, IoT, and Automotive
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines while ensuring ATS data accuracy and up-to-date candidate records
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely and professional communication
- Stay informed about talent market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices
What you need to be successful
- Previous recruitment experience is considered an advantage but is not required
- The role is suitable for candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a Master's degree, allowing them to dedicate time to learning, development, and growth within the role
- Feel comfortable working in teams and contributing with ideas in a mature and diplomatic way
- Finish what you start with a responsible attitude
- Not afraid to speak your mind and promote your ideas
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Energy, good mood, and desire to do the best
