What you’ll do

• MS Dynamics 365 F&O Developer will reinforce one of our R&D teams, in which he/she will be responsible for building highly interactive, innovative applications for our product solution, using the latest Microsoft technologies (X++). The role requires relevant X++ development experience.
• Our product is a software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers; it is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Be part of a Scrum team that focuses on specific modules within our product.
• Participate in the analysis of user needs.
• Prepare high-quality technical designs based on functional designs.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility.
• Develop and improve applications in compliance with functional and technical designs.
• Review the X++ code of your fellow developers to ensure the coding guidelines are applied.
• Guarantee the generalization/standardization of the minimal solution to obtain a re-usable component in MS Dynamics AX.
• Act as a technical reference for functional consultants, project managers and business development.
• Apply your expertise to deliver high quality development work, according to our standards in an efficient and effective way.
• Document your work in a structured and transparent way.

What you need to be successful

• 3 - 5 years of MS Dynamics development experience.
• Min. 1 year of MS Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Strong knowledge of X++.
• Project delivery / ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with different products from the Microsoft Azure technology stack.
• A pragmatic thinker oriented towards finding solutions.
• Willing to continually learn and be challenged.
• A quality driven, result oriented team player.
• A keen interest in the Utility sector.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
