What you’ll do
- We are looking for a Junior Automation & Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will work with stakeholders to understand processes, define requirements, and support automation and system integration efforts. This role combines business analysis, process design, and development work, with strong focus on API-driven systems.
- Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
- Analyze, map, and document end-to-end business processes
- Translate business needs into technical tasks and development tickets
- Create and manage structured tickets in collaboration tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Support design and implementation of automation workflows and integrations
- Develop small scripts or lightweight services to support process automation
- Collaborate with developers on system integration and solution design
- Maintain clear and structured technical documentation
- Support testing activities, including validation of business flows and automation testing scenarios
- Assist in defining and documenting test cases for process automation and integrations
What you need to be successful
- Programming experience and willingness to work with different technologies and languages
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integration concepts
- Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements
- Familiarity with data structures and relational concepts
- Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI or similar
- Interest in automation tools, workflow systems, or integration platforms
- Familiarity with AI concepts or AI-assisted workflows (agents, automation tools)
