What you’ll do

• We are supporting a large-scale digital transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems into a modern SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This initiative aims to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable data across a complex, multi-system landscape.
• Define and own the end-to-end data migration strategy aligned with program timelines.
• Establish migration principles (scope, approach, quality standards, and data readiness).
• Set up and manage data migration governance, including risk and defect management.
• Plan and oversee all migration cycles across SIT, UAT, and go-live phases.
• Lead the full ETL lifecycle (extraction, transformation, loading, and validation).
• Ensure data quality through KPIs, validation processes, and reconciliation controls.
• Align data mapping, classifications, and structures with business and master data standards.
• Act as the central point of contact for all data migration topics across stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, architecture, SAP, and integration teams.
• Ensure cutover readiness, including mock runs, trial loads, and go-live data validation.

What you need to be successful

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale SAP/ERP data migration programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data modelling, transformation logic, and data quality frameworks.
• Solid understanding of master and transactional data domains (e.g., products, vendors, purchase orders, inventory, pricing, finance).
• Proven experience working in complex multi-system environments, including legacy integrations.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or multi-country environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and structured approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
