What you’ll do
- We are supporting a large-scale digital transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems into a modern SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This initiative aims to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable data across a complex, multi-system landscape.
- Define and own the end-to-end data migration strategy aligned with program timelines.
- Establish migration principles (scope, approach, quality standards, and data readiness).
- Set up and manage data migration governance, including risk and defect management.
- Plan and oversee all migration cycles across SIT, UAT, and go-live phases.
- Lead the full ETL lifecycle (extraction, transformation, loading, and validation).
- Ensure data quality through KPIs, validation processes, and reconciliation controls.
- Align data mapping, classifications, and structures with business and master data standards.
- Act as the central point of contact for all data migration topics across stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with business, architecture, SAP, and integration teams.
- Ensure cutover readiness, including mock runs, trial loads, and go-live data validation.
What you need to be successful
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale SAP/ERP data migration programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data modelling, transformation logic, and data quality frameworks.
- Solid understanding of master and transactional data domains (e.g., products, vendors, purchase orders, inventory, pricing, finance).
- Proven experience working in complex multi-system environments, including legacy integrations.
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or multi-country environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail and structured approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
