What you’ll do

• As a Customer Analytics Analyst at you will leverage our advanced data infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform to generate actionable insights into customer behavior. You will apply modern machine learning techniques and open-source technologies to solve key business challenges related to our customers.
• You will be responsible for creating analytical models and utilizing data pipelines, applying machine learning and predictive techniques to understand and forecast customer behavior, such as segmentation, lifetime value, and churn.
• You will take end-to-end ownership of your analytical projects—from initial data analysis and preparation to model evaluation and the automated delivery of findings.
• This includes visualizing results in self-service BI front-ends and ensuring the operational use of your insights.
• You will thrive through close collaboration and knowledge sharing within our community of data scientists and engineers, all working on a unified analytics
• platform.
• In this role, you will act as a key consultant to stakeholders on customer analytics and data-driven strategies. You will develop business and technical concepts,
• collaborate with internal partners, and take on project management responsibilities to drive your initiatives forward

What you need to be successful

• You have several years of professional experience in developing analytical models using machine learning algorithms to derive customer insights. You possess a broad
• interest in various modeling approaches, such as time-series analysis, NLP, or deep learning.
• You have excellent proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, and are skilled in the practical application of statistical methods.
• Experience with GCP technologies like BigQuery, Dataflow and the Google AI
• Platform is a strong asset.
• Experience with SQL databases is essential. Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA, practical knowledge of software engineering principles, and virtualization (e.g.,Docker) would be highly advantageous. A cloud certification (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) is desirable.
• You are characterized by an agile and open mindset, a commitment to quality, flexibility, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and have a strong curiosity for new technologies and analytical methods, completing your profile.
