What you’ll do

• We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to work directly with our Pre-Sales team. The core of this role is technical agility—moving from a high-level requirement to a functional PoC by leveraging modern AI coding workflows and varied orchestration tools
• Rapid Prototyping: Build functional, customer-facing PoCs. You will own the development cycle from initial concept to a working demo, prioritizing speed and functional logic.
• AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate development cycles and bridge gaps between different tech stacks.
• Tool Switching: Evaluate and implement the appropriate LLMs, vector databases, and frameworks for each specific project.
• Integrated Pipelines: Develop backend logic and integrated pipelines that connect AI solutions with internal applications and external systems.
• Workflow Orchestration: Use general orchestration tools to manage multi-stage AI tasks and data flows within your prototypes.
• Containerization: Use Docker to package and manage your development environments and prototype deployments.

What you need to be successful

• Software Development: Experience in modern backend development (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
• AI Ecosystem: Experience integrating LLM APIs and working with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
• System Integration: Experience building APIs and connecting disparate external systems.
• Orchestration: Experience using general orchestration engines to manage task dependencies and data movement.
• Docker: Experience using Docker for local development and shipping functional prototypes.
• Front-end Basics: Ability to build simple UIs (Streamlit or React) to make prototypes interactive.
• Pre-Sales Collaboration: Experience working with technical sales teams to translate business requirements into working code.
