What you’ll do
- Rapid Prototyping: Leverage LLMs and AI coding assistants to build, test, and deploy applications.
- Collaborative Learning: Work within a specialized training squad to deconstruct and understand modern "AI-native" development workflows.
- Tool Agnosticism: Move fluently between languages based on the project's needs, using AI to bridge syntax gaps.
- Prompt Engineering: Refine your ability to communicate with models to generate high-quality, maintainable code.
What you need to be successful
- The "Vibe Coding" Mindset: You understand that the "how" (syntax) is secondary to the "what" (logic and user value). You are comfortable iterating with AI until the output matches the vision.
- LLM Literacy: Basic experience using LLM models to assist in coding, debugging, or documentation.
- Foundational Logic: You might not know every library by heart, but you understand data structures, APIs, and how software hangs together.
- Adaptability: A genuine excitement for learning "the next big thing" before it even has a tutorial.
