What you’ll do
- Define and own enterprise level solution architecture, standards, and governance models
- Lead functional design for end to end, cross system workflows (ERP, workflow engines, reporting tools)
- Ensure solution consistency, scalability, and compliance across platforms and markets
- Provide expert consultancy for strategic initiatives such as platform consolidation, global programs, and major upgrades
- Drive global harmonization, continuous improvement, and performance optimization
- Act as a key decision maker for complex solution design and configuration topics
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional designs and work items
- Bridge business needs and technical execution by actively participating in technical discussions
- Support problem analysis by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
- Mentor senior Solution Experts and influence decision making across squads and platforms
- Promote best practices, design patterns, and documentation standards
- Support cross functional and international collaboration
- Business Requirements Analysis: Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions
- Problem Solving: Structured approach to root cause analysis and solution implementation
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Technical Mindset: Strong understanding of platforms, integrations, and system behavior
- Analytical Thinking: Data driven decision making with focus on impact and priority
What you need to be successful
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Solution Expert
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, platform governance, and digital transformation
- Strong understanding of multi domain business processes (Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain)
- Proven leadership in large scale, multi country solution implementations
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in international teams
- Strong hands on experience with SQL
- Solid understanding of KPIs and data driven decision making
- Experience with APIs and integrations
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, diagrams, and use case documentation
- Nice to have experience in large transformation or decommissioning projects (legacy systems to cloud solutions)
