What you’ll do
- You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our web application, working closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure high product quality and comprehensive test coverage.
- Independently perform manual testing across new and existing features.
- Analyze business requirements and user stories in collaboration with development and business team.
- Design, write and maintain test cases.
- Identify, document and track defects throughout their lifecycle.
- Validate complex workflows and edge-case scenarios.
- Automate test scenarios after manual validation of features.
- Develop and maintain Web UI automated tests using Cypress (JavaScript).
- Contribute to the API automation testing project written in Java.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
- Set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate closely with developers and business to ensure end-to-end quality.
- Contribute to QA best practices, test strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need to be successful
- 4+ years of QA experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and debug production issues independently.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress (JavaScript) for web test automation.
- Basic experience with API Testing (Postman).
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline setup.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies and QA processes.
- Nice to have experience with API automation testing in Java.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Datadog).
- Experience with test reporting tools (e.g. Zephyr).
