What you’ll do
- Caut in echipa mea un Junior Tech Talent Acquisition la inceput de drum, care vrea sa invete recrutare tech in viata reala Facem parte din rinf.tech, companie romaneasca care ofera consultanta in regim de outsourcing, ceea ce inseamna ca lucram cu clienti, proiecte si asteptari diferite. Unele roluri sunt clare din prima, altele se ajusteaza pe parcurs. In recrutare, asta te invata sa pui intrebarile potrivite si sa intelegi contextul, nu doar sa cauti dupa cuvinte-cheie. Tocmai de aceea, acest rol vine cu mentorat direct si constant.
- Experienta anterioara in recrutare este un plus, dar nu este obligatorie
- Rolul este potrivit pentru cineva care a terminat Masterul sau este in curs de finalizare, astfel incat sa poata dedica timp invatarii si cresterii in acest rol.
- Locatie: Bucuresti
- Lucram hibrid, cu prezenta la birou 3 zile pe saptamana (Marti, Miercuri, Joi), pentru colaborare, invatare si mentorat direct.
- Biroul este pe Gara Herestrau, Metrou Aurel Vlaicu, vis-a-vis de Promenada Mall
- Invatare practica, pas cu pas, direct pe roluri reale
- Context clar: de ce un rol e urgent, ce cauta un client, ce inseamna „fit”
- Explicatii aplicate despre: tehnologii si stack-uri (fara asteptarea ca „ar trebui sa stii deja”), tipologii de candidati si cum ii abordezi diferit, cum sa citesti un CV dincolo de buzzwords
- Feedback constant, clar si onest
- Spatiu sa intrebi, sa gresesti si sa inveti
- Structura la inceput, autonomie pe masura ce cresti
What you need to be successful
- Vei lucra pe roluri tech (Software Engineers(BE, FE, FullStack), Data, QA, DevOps, AI, ML etc.)
- Vei invata cum sa scrii mesaje de abordare care chiar primesc raspuns
- Vei incepe sa tii singur interviuri de HR
- Vei intelege procesul e2e de recrutare in outsourcing
- Iti place sa inveti si vrei sa intelegi „de ce”, nu doar „ce”
- Nu te deranjeaza sa pui intrebari si sa dai/primesti feedback
- Preferi claritatea in locul politetii vagi
- Vrei sa devii bun(a) la ceva, nu doar sa bifezi task-uri
