What you’ll do

  • Identify and research target accounts based on ICP, industry, size, and AI maturity
  • Map decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders
  • Maintain account intelligence in CRM and prospecting tools
  • Execute structured outbound sequences (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct cold calls to validate business problems and AI interest
  • Personalize outreach based on industry and AI use case hypotheses
  • Identify early AI use cases (e.g., automation, copilots, data analytics, internal tools)
  • Validate urgency, relevance, and stakeholder interest
  • Capture technical context and business pain points for handoff
  • Provide structured handoff notes to Business Development Managers
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and messaging refinement
  • Track and manage activities in CRM

What you need to be successful

  • 1–3+ years in B2B outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or lead generation
  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions
  • Strong cold calling and objection handling skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data tools (Lusha, Apollo, etc.)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Highly disciplined and process-oriented
  • Curious about AI and technology
  • Comfortable with rejection and volume
  • Analytical, metrics-driven, and coachable
