What you’ll do

  • Market & Lead Research
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends in target industries (fintech, retail, embedded).
  • Identify potential leads using LinkedIn, online platforms, events, and prospecting tools.
  • Outreach & Engagement Initiate contact with leads via email, calls, LinkedIn, and personalized messaging.
  • Present the value proposition of Rinf.tech’s IT services in a clear and engaging way.
  • Set up discovery calls and support senior team members in preparing for meetings.
  • Lead Qualification & Handover
  • Pre-qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Tracking & Reporting
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar) to manage interactions and maintain accurate lead data.
  • Share regular updates on outreach progress, challenges, and results.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in progress in Business, Marketing, Communication, International Relations, or related fields
  • English – advanced (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in technology, software development, and digital solutions
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
  • No previous experience in sales or lead generation is required
  • International experiences (Erasmus, Work & Travel, exchange programs, volunteering) or NGO (AIESEC, BEST, etc.) are highly valued
  • Internships, part-time roles, or university projects are considered a plus
