What you’ll do
- Manage and optimize our Kubernetes environments (on-prem and cloud), ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure architectures for application workloads.
- Maintain and improve Helm charts, deployment templates, and reusable GitOps patterns.
- Implement resource allocation strategies, auto-scaling, and workload optimization.
- Ensure proper configuration of ingress, service mesh, networking, DNS, certificates, and secrets management.
- Build, maintain and version-control infrastructure using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Develop automated provisioning pipelines for Kubernetes clusters, cloud resources, and supporting services.
- Reduce manual operational overhead by creating reusable automation frameworks.
- Own the CI/CD ecosystem (GitLab / GitHub / Bitbucket).
- Build, optimize, and maintain pipelines for all development teams (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Implement and manage release automation, artifact management, build reproducibility, and deployment best practices.
- Enable development teams with self-service deployment templates and automation.
- Ensure infrastructure aligns with ISO27001 guidelines and internal security standards.
- Implement security tools such as: Wazuh, Trivy, security scanning, dependency scanning, SAST/DAST integration.
- Maintain identity and access management solutions (Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC).
- Enforce least-privilege access, secrets management, and secure configuration baselines.
- Maintain and improve monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Signoz, OpenTelemetry).
- Implement alerting, service-level dashboards, log aggregation, and tracing systems.
- Oversee infrastructure uptime, reliability metrics, and response procedures.
- Drive root-cause analysis, incident reviews, and operational improvements.
- Support platform-wide stability, uptime, and lifecycle management of infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient, reliable deployment of software.
- Mentor engineers and help grow DevOps capabilities within the organization.
What you need to be successful
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, container orchestration, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code, and environment provisioning.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS or comparable).
- Familiarity with security tools, SAST/DAST, and secure infrastructure patterns.
- Strong Linux skills, networking fundamentals, DNS, certificates, firewalls, routing.
- Experience with monitoring & logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ or Kafka as infrastructure components
- Experience with ISO27001 or similar compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of Keycloak (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Experience in building self-service developer tooling.
- Familiarity with virtualization and on-prem infrastructure (VMWare, Proxmox).
- Performance tuning of Kubernetes workloads and databases.
