What you’ll do
- Act as the primary liaison between Client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Align BOT program objectives with client business goals and regulatory requirements in Romania.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap and success metrics.
- Represent rinf.tech in Steering Committees, Program Governance Boards, and Operational Forums.
- Ensure adherence to local banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal governance frameworks.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths.
- Lead governance rhythms: Quarterly (SteerCo), Monthly (Program Board), Bi-Weekly (Ops Forum)
- Own the overall program roadmap, milestones, and interdependencies across Build, Operate, Optimize, and Transfer phases.
- Ensure delivery of 500 FTE GCC ramp-up, infrastructure readiness, KT execution, BAU stabilization, optimization and transition planning.
- Track and manage budget, risks, issues, and change requests via formal governance channels.
- Ensuring SLA adherence and milestone achievement.
- Facilitate alignment between rinf.tech and client expectations on hiring, KT, compliance, and operational KPIs.
- Drive quality, compliance, and operational maturity via structured reporting and interventions.
- Build strong relationships with client executives, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership.
- Maintain and report on the risk register, with mitigation plans and escalation as required.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies (e.g., Legal, HR, Tech, Procurement).
- Proactively identify issues or delays and drive resolutions through appropriate governance levels.
- Approved and baselined program plan and milestone tracker
- Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly dashboard reports
- Regular updates to risk register, action logs, and decision logs
- Transition readiness assessments and final transition roadmap
What you need to be successful
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management in IT/Operations outsourcing or GCC build-outs, preferably in banking, financial services
- Experience with BOT or similar delivery models (Build-Operate-Transfer / Build-Operate-Manage)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, exceptionalcross-cultural communication and negoation skills.
- Proficiency in project governance, risk management, and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of Romanian banking regulations and operational landscape. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluent in German, English proficiency
- Background experience in Banking
