What you’ll do

  • Assist with researching target markets and industries like fintech, retail, or semiconductor, wearables, and manufacturing to understand client needs and trends
  • Help identify potential leads using LinkedIn, online platforms, and basic prospecting tools
  • Support outreach efforts by drafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and scheduling discovery calls alongside senior team members
  • Learn how to present our IT services clearly and effectively in client communications
  • Help pre-qualify leads based on simple criteria and collaborate with business development managers for smooth handovers
  • Use CRM tools to log interactions and keep lead information up to date
  • Track and report progress regularly, sharing insights and challenges with the team
  • Get exposure to LinkedIn posting and campaign coordination to refine messaging and boost business impact

What you need to be successful

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Tech related fields
  • Experience in IT or software services is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Participation in extracurricular programs such as Erasmus exchanges or involvement in student organizations (e.g., AIESEC) will be considered a strong plus
  • Language proficiency: Fluent English (spoken and written) or Advanced English plus conversational German or French
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Curious and eager to learn about software development, digital solutions, and consulting services
