What you’ll do
- Market Research & Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients in Romania. Plan and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, events, and networking. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Lead the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing. Engage with decision-makers to understand their business and technical needs. Work with internal teams to shape solutions that fit client expectations and delivery capabilities
- Solution Selling: Sell software services, not products, focusing on long-term partnerships. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor proposals. Clearly articulate value in a consultative and business-first approach
- Collaboration & Reporting: Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on key sales metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and delivery to ensure smooth handover and onboarding. Contribute to refining and improving the sales process
What you need to be successful
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software services, IT outsourcing, or consulting
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals, ideally within team extension or managed services
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and core technical concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Proactive, self-driven, and confident in owning your targets and pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience in international sales (CEE, DACH, UK) is a strong plus
