What you will be working on

  • Performs correctly and on time the accounting entries, chronologically and systematically, according to the chart of accounts and legal norms, based on the supporting documents, of all the patrimonial operations
  • Ensures the preparation, circulation and storage of supporting documents that are the basis of accounting records
  • Keeps track of customer and supplier accounts, seniority of debts and receivables
  • Check the documents and records related to the Purchase and Sales Journal
  • Prepares mandatory and effective tax returns
  • Participates in audit actions performed by the company's auditors and in the verifications and controls of the fiscal control bodies
  • Permanently monitors the legislation in the financial-accounting field and ensures its observance
  • Prepares financial statements and reports at the request of management
  • Executes any other dispositions given by the hierarchical superior and related to his sphere of competences
  • Ensures the confidentiality of all information acquired in its activity
  • Registration of supplier invoices by cost centers/departments
  • The evidence of the employees' statements and their registration in the accounting
  • Chronological recording in accounting of banking operations
  • Records other documents regarding company-specific transactions
  • Records estimates of income and expenses
  • Integrates income and expense notes in advance
  • Records leasing, fixed assets, salary note, depreciation
  • Ensures the preparation and archiving of supporting documents and accounting records in accordance with applicable law
  • Assists in team tasks when appropriate
