What you will be working on

We are currently looking for an experienced colleague who thrives on being an excellent communicator and surpassing expectations, willing to take on new challenges and grow as a Relationship Manager within our Client Engagement Team. Working in close partnership with our Sales, Talent Acquisition, Technical and Operational teams you will ensure account management of clients from R&D, Embedded and Business Applications Division (both on National and International level).

The Mission:

  • Being the key contact point for existing accounts, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Develops business relationships with all stakeholders of the customer
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Play a key role in coordinating and integrating internal activity and the project team to ensure that best results are delivered to the client;
  • Executing an effective service and delivery strategy focused on results, performance, process and prioritization
  • Ensuring consistently high service performance, monitoring internal processes and evaluating customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
  • Supporting sales opportunities and validate expected delivery capability.
  • Having a general oversight over all internal processes and people involved in the delivery process

What you offer us

  • Preferably 2 - 5 years of experience in a customer facing role within an IT company
  • Experience in managing a large portfolio of IT software clients
  • Skilled negotiator, able to develop contracts and agreements
  • Strong understanding of the IT market and digital trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, achieve results and make smart decisions on the spot
  • Ability to integrate diverse processes and activities of the project team in order ensure that best results are delivered to the client
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors
  • Ability to persuade, cooperate and seek out best solution;
  • Very good English skills; French or German is plus
