global program that is replacing the existing Originations and Servicing
applications in multiple regions. The goal is to rationalize the number of applications that
are currently being used in each region (Canada, US, EMEA, ANZ, LatAm and
Federal) while transforming the Business to global standardization. Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our
products Creates comprehensive documentation with the help of the
business and engineering team Factors business requirements into behavior driven
development styled acceptance criteria to increase functional integration
testing coverage Understand business goals and drive delivery of those with
the engineering team through clear, achievable product increments by partnering
with the various stakeholders (Business, SAs, Cross-Functional Product Managers
and Engineering) Product Ownership Boost feature team efficiency Product backlog quality Communicates with precision. Proven, hands-on experience with designing business systems:
Some technical background allowing the candidate to successfully engage in the
design of solutions Inquisitiveness, enthusiasm, critical thinking and
willingness to learn new products/tech stacks Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst / Product
Owner/Product Manager Proven track record specifying detailed system
requirements/user stories Ability to handle multiple projects areas with changing
priorities and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment Is able to work in flexible hours to accommodate time-zone
differences (Bucharest, Austin, Ireland, Hyderabad, Porto Alegre) Impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication
skills Experience working with external software vendors 8+ years of relevant experience. Desired Skills / Experience: Certified Product Owner Credential Experience in the financial services \Lease Accounting
(ASC842 preferably) Experience with implementing \customizing off the shelf
